First of all, I am not an Electrical Engineer nor havE any experience with Electrical Device. I hopped on a project and encountered this issue below.
1. The devices
a. Flow Meter: Corimate II.
b. Pulse Meter: MP5W-41.
2. The issue.
I am having an issue connecting a Corimate II with an Open Collector Pulse Output to the Autonics MP5W-41 device for a displaying flow rate.
The Flow Meter Pulse Output has 2 cables. One pulse plus and one pulse minus. From, some videos where they install other devices with Open Collector Output, there are the 0 and 12V which will be plugged into the corresponding slots on the MP5W-41. But my Corimate II Flow meter has 2 cables as stated above.
Where would I put those cables into the Autonics Input Slot? For a better understanding, I uploaded a wiring diagram of the Autonics MP5W-41 in this post, as well as the Climate Wire Identification zipped up in the file below.
Please help me out.
