Hello everyone!
I'm new to working with the NI CRIO 9014 module. I've gone through the manual and installed all the necessary drivers, including LabVIEW Realtime, LabVIEW FPGA, and NI MAX, on my PC. I'm trying to connect the CRIO 9014 module to my PC using an Ethernet cable. However, I'm facing an issue where the module isn't showing up in NI MAX for configuration, and I'm not getting the usual pop-up window that appears when I connect myDAQ or Compact DAQ modules.
Could someone please provide assistance on the NI Community platform to help me resolve this issue?

You forgot to mention what LabVIEW version you are trying to use this from. The 901x are devices running VxWorks as OS. The latest NI-CompactRIO that supports VxWorks and Pharlap ETS cRIOs is version 19.5. This also means that you can at most use LabVIEW 2019SP1 for this.

Thank you, Rolf Kalbermatter, for your response.
I'm currently using LabVIEW 2019 SP1. However, the versions of NI MAX and CRIO drivers installed are the latest version. According to the compatibility table, it is compatible. I'm wondering if the issue I'm experiencing might be related to the IP address configuration of my CRIO module.

Just because CompactRIO 2022Q4 still supports LabVIEW 2019 (2023Q3 which is the latest, wouldn't) does not mean that it does support cRIO-901x (and 900x, 902x and 907x). CompactRIO 19.0 is the last version to include support for these controllers.
Actually official states for latest software version supporting a specific controller are as follows:
cRIO-900x NI-CompactRIO 17.0
cRIO-901x NI-CompactRIO 19.0
cRIO-902x NI-CompactRIO 19.6
cRIO-907x NI-CompactRIO 17.0
