Can I have 4 independently-timed NI 9265 AO channels?

I was wondering if I can have 4 independently-timed analog output waveforms from the NI 9265 installed in the NI cDAQ-9178?  My application is very similar to the 'Cont Gen Current Updates Wfm-Int Clk.vi' example.  However, I would like to use the 'Continuous Samples' / 'Use Waveform' options of the DAQmx Timing VI but supply 4 different delta-t (dt) values.  What is the best way to do this?

Hi RickyB,

The cDAQ-9178 has three analog timing engines, however they can only be used simultaneously if they're used in separate modules. Assuming you're only using a single 9265 module, you will only be able to use one sample clock.

Hope this helps.

3 analog *input* timing engines.

Even with multiple 9265s there is still only one analog output timing engine.
