Can an M Series card be used to output a stable sine wave with good frequency accuracy?

I am trying to generate a 3kHz sine wave tone at 20mV pkpk, with frequency accuracy of +/- 1Hz or better.  Can multifunction DAQ devices be used for this, and if yes what card would be best?  Is there another type of IO card that  would be better suited for this type of generation?

20'000'000/3'000 = 6666.6 -->

• 20'000'000/6667 = 2999.85 Hz
• 20'000'000/6666 = 3000.3 Hz
