What is the max.recommended USB cable length for cDAQ chassis?

I was wondering how long of a USB cable can be run with the cDaq chassis before having issues.

The max cable length allowed by USB spec is 5m.  Active extenders could be used, but their use must be validated for each application as some extender behavior can be problematic.
