The analog inputs are designed to measure voltage.

Trying to force 100mA through an analog input is futile and will not achieve anything. The input resistance with the card powered up is 10Gohm. Your constant current source would need a compliance voltage of 1GV (ohms law E=IR) to be able to force 100mA through the card.

Are you trying to measure current instead?

Thank you for the calming answer. I am doing a kelvin-probe, and i accidentaly conneted the current source instead of the voltage of current-measuring resistance to the input, good to know i didnt damage anything.
