Can i display an FFT with 1/2 hz resolution in Labview

Im taking data of a sine wave of 70.5 hz
and after apply the fft it seems to cut off the peak at 70.5...were as if i do 70 hz it has a nice peak at 70...is there a way to have .5 or less hz resolution, rather than just 1 hz. Thank you

Can you post a simple example? When I experimented it seemed to work just fine for factional frequencies.

It's not a matter of Labview, but of mr Shannon, Fourier and Heisenberg!
the frequency resolution of a sampled signal is Fs/ns (sampling frequency/number of samples). In your case either divide by two your sampling rate or double the acquisition time
