current measure with 6023e

Hello,
I have to measure the current with 6023e DAC. Is there a possibility to connect the current signal directly to the card analog input, or do I have to convert this signal to voltage signal (eg. using small resistor)?

Hello Radek,

You do need to convert the signal to a voltage using a precision resistor. 249 ohms is a common value for currents in the 20mA range. I have also used precision 0.05 ohm resistors to read DC currents approaching 100 amps.
