Can you use the APFI reference on the 6255 module to make a +/- 50mv source?

I need a 0 - 50mv source to simulate a pressure transducer output and thought it would be cool if could use the AO channel on the 6255 DAQ module. I see however that it is limited to the +/- 5V range but I didn't understand the APFI option so I'm looking for more info i.e. Is is possible?

No, APFI is for analog trigger input and you cannot use it to such purpose. You still can use 6255 output which gives 0.15mV resolution at 1mV accuracy with +-5V range.
