Change language in Labview and Quancom DAQ assistance

Please who Can help me with my Probs.
I am using Labview version 7 and the language is in German. How can i change the language to english without reinstalling Labview again.

I am also using QuanCom DAQ hardware
But i can not see the hardware.I also want to use the downloaded VI for the lock-in Amplifier .Do any one have any idear please help me out.

I can't help with the language problem but if the hardware is not seen in windows device manager, you really need to contact the vendor since third-party hardware is not supported here. You will not, of course, ever see the hardware in the NI MAX utility.

p.s. You have not provided this 'downloaded' VI so helping your there is impossible.
