Clarify input range programming of NI 9203

The web page overview of the 9203 module states the following: "0 to 20ma programmable input ranges."

Does this programming mean that one specifies a min/max value to define an input range where measurements are enabled, and in which the resolution is 20ma/65536 per bit; or does this programming mean that one specifies a min/max value to define a unique input span in which the resolution is (unique input span)/65536 per bit - for example: 0 microamp min, and 300 microamp max defines a 300 microamp input range that can be resolved to 300ua/65536 per bit?

The web page says that there is a +/-20ma range and a 0-20ma range. So, your resolution would be either 40ma/65536 or 20/65536.
