Compatibility with universal PCI slots

I have several PCI slot cards, all purchased within the last year. They are two PCI-6221 cards, a PCI-6122, and a PCI-6123.
I'm trying to repalce the antique computer they are running in and I've had a question from the vendor about whether my cards are compatible with universal PCI bus slots as that increases the options for motherboards.

Is there an easy way to know whether the cards I have will run in a system with universal slots?

Thanks,
Chris

What are universal slots?

I had once problems with a specific riser card using inter-card timing. This was resolved by using another riser card.
EDIT:
Google just told me Universal slots are 3.3 and 5 V.
To my knowledge NI card are compatible.
I believe the universal slots are designed to be compatible. I think only rare custom cards are non-universal compatible.

Hi,

Have a look at the following articles; I think they are really helpful in determining if your board is PCI Universal.

-          Will My National Instruments Serial Hardware Work in My PCI-x or PCI Universal Slot?

-          PCI Keying and Voltage Compatibility

I hope this helps,
