Could one read the temperature (k-type thermocouple) with SCXI1125/1327?

Could one read the temperature (k-type thermocouple) with SCXI1125/1327 attached to SCXI1000 chassy? I got bad readings with NIDAQ Traditional Legacy and NIDaqmx.
