DAQ 6353 on linux

Hello,

I'm new to National Instruments products. We have a NI PCIe-6353 X Series Data Acquisition board, and would be of our interest to use it under linux.

Is it possible, or they are incompatible?

Best regards.

Hi!!!

You are using a X Series board, which uses the DAQmx driver.

On the links below you'll find helpful information:

Hello again, I've another question, about this board.

Is it possible to install one board PCIe 6353, and another equal (or very similar) on the same computer?

I need 8 analog outputs (the 6353 has only 4), so with another board, of 4 analog output, I can solve my problem, if they work together without problem in the same motherboard...is it possible to do?

Best regards!

Hey!

That's no problem you can use two equal boards on the same PC. Smiley Wink
They are indentified by the serial number, therefore there is no possibility to any type of conflict.

According to that page, the 6353 is not supported on Linux, unfortunately.
