DAQ Analog Input reading unchanged with changing voltage input

Using "Acq One Sample.vi" from NI examples.

Have PCI-6259 DAQ attached to SCB-68.

Have AI 0 (pin 68) attached to V+ of power supply.

Have AI GND (pin 67) attached to V- of power supply.

Applying voltages ranging from 0 to 5 V.

The readout of the VI indicates a constant 3.08xxx V, with flucuation in the thousandths place.

Why am I not getting a true voltage reading?

I have a Fluke DMM connected to the V+/- terminals to monitor the actual output.

The DAQ shows no change in voltage reading regardless of voltage supply setting.

I'll answer myself.

Nothing wrong with the equipment.

Have two SCB-68 units connected to the PCI-6259 card.

I had the wires connected to the wrong box.

As we say around here, "The error involved the connection between the computer keyboard and ground"
