I have some problems with my DAQPad-6070E. The device does not connect to my Windows XP Professional computer. When I link the device to the computer, there is no connection in the Windows Device Manager any more. The power-LED is on and the Communication LED is off. In periodical intervals the Power LED shuts off for one second and restarts immediately.
I already checked
- the Firewire 1394 cable I am using.
- the Firewire-card on my computer.
- the power supply.
I also tried to connect to a Windows 7 computer unsuccessfully.
How can I solve that issue or is my device damaged?
