DaqPad 6015 USB not detected

Hello,

I have some issues recently with my DAQPad 6015. The DAQ is not detected anymore on windows. 

It seems windows doesn't notice at all when I connect it.

I have checked:

- On the device manager there is no any exclamation point.

- I tried with a little sofware from microsoft: USB viewer to connect it and really nothing is detected.

- I have also tried on another computer, same results, no detection...

- The voltage supply is OK, I can see the LED blink as usual. The fuse is also OK...

- I have tried with another USB cable. 

Would you have an idea where the problem could come from?

I would recommend you call your local NI office and get some support on this. All I can think of is to try reinstalling the driver. Otherwise, the device must have gone bad.

If you have tried this card on different computers with the same results and the card used to work, it is possible that the card is broken.  If you believe that your card is broken, you can create a service request at ni.com/ask then call 1-866-275-6964 to speak with an Applications Engineer.
