This depends on what you mean by at the same time. Our E-Series Multifunction DAQ boards have multiple analog input channels but use a multiplexer. This means that there will be a slight interchannel delay between samples on different channels. For most people this is irrelevant as the delay is so small (microseconds or less). However, if you are wishing to truely perform simultaneous sampling and retain the phase relationship between your channels, then you will need one of our S-Series simultaneous sample boards. Take a look at the NI 611x or NI 6120.
