Data acquisition using delayed trigger or counter.

Hi,  I'm a kind of novice LabView user.

I have a PCI-6115 DAQ and L.V. 8.2.

Currently I made a data acquisition program with 5MHz sampling rate.

With some reason, I need to get a data in some specific point (time).  I found some good delay output example using counter.  So, I combined two vis, but it does not work well.

I attached my vi. Please look at it and tell me what the problem is.

By the way, I'm using 5MHz external clock for timing and 6.66kHz(150us period) external trigger signal.
