I am using PCIe-6323 and BNC 2110 to build a digital counter. I generate a continuous pulse on PCI 12 as clock source. I set the ttl rate as 1000. I use CTR1 OUT to get the signal I need to count. I use a function generator as a testing source to test. The input frequency is 10k Hz. It should get counts out. But the count I get is all 0. I also try the example program given in the Lab Windows CVI, but they do not work neither. I try the testing pannel, but that one can count the numbers out. Then I believe that it is not the problem of hardware. Any one has some clues? Thanks!

photoszzt,
What is not working with the examples that you tried?

As I plug in the test source(a function generator generating continuous square wave), it counter should get some counts out of the counter. But all I get is 0. I cannot count the number out.

So you have verified the square wave in Measurement & Automation Explorer with Test Panels, but the example is not working? I would double check all of your settings in the example. Make sure you've specified the right devices and lines.
