I am using USB 6009 to measure and store voltage values to a computer in my company. But i can only read values in the mm range. I tried to use my laptop and it works for every range ,so I know that the problem lies on the company computer.My laptop has vista os and the company computer has xp os. I also notice that my laptop has " Intel(R) ICH8 Family USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 2836" and the computer deosnt have this one . I thought this was the problem and I disabled the enhanced contoller in my laptop and tried measuring and still it works fine. The other thing is the computer is connected to another NI usb device. Does any body has an idea????? And also when I increase the input voltage range to volt range does the speed of the usb 6009 change?
