Error 10805, how to fix the problem?

I am testing my DAQ card in the Measurement and Automation software window. First, when I test the PCI-MIO-16XE-10 card a window appears stating "The device is not responding to the selected based address, would you like to continue". If I click yes, the test results in error code 10805. How can I fix this problem? Is the card bad?

It is possible that the device is bad. I would suggest to install the device in another slot of the computer or to try the device in a separate computer altogether. This way we can rule out whether it is the device or whether it is the interface between the device and the computer. Our phone support engineers handle troubleshooting and returning a device for repair. You can initiate a phone support request by going to ni.com/ask and select phone NI.
