I frequently see a "Onboard device memory overflow" error (code 200361). I have several USB-6212 devices generating and sampling at the same time and connected through a hub to a single USB port. The sample rate is 8ksps/chan and the sample count is approximately 50ks/chan. The error started appearing when we increased the distance between the computer and the device and started using USB active extension cables. I believe all of the USB components are USB 2.0 High Speed. I am using the C programming interface; finite sampling; default buffer sizes; reading and writing integers. In addition to focusing on the active extension cables, is there anything else I should try? I want to eventually be able to run 16 channels * 8 devices simultaneously.
