Error 28011 occurred at D10 Port Config?

I am new to DAQ and do not understand what this error means but most importantly how to fix the problem. My system was working fine until my operating system 98 needed to be reinstalled because of some missing files. I thought reinstalling my driver may help but proved unsuccessful, same error message. Labview 5.1 and DAQ version 6.0. Thank you
