Hi everyone,
Occurs on a digital output line daqmx. I am trying to use 5VDC from digital output to energize a solid state relay D2425 (Crydom) to control a 120VAC 1/3 HP motor. I am able to turn the motor ON using task generated on MAX, but when I try to turn OFF I get the error - 50405 DAQ Assistant error.
I have tried using a different USB port but didn't help. I removed all other USB devices as well. The DAQ card is the only USB device; so not being able to source power from the computer shouldn't be an issue.
The SSR has it's inputs and outputs very well isolated. Could there be any other issue?

How close is the motor to the 6008? The EMF from a near-by motor may be inducing enough noise on the USB lines to interrupt USB communication. Are you doing anything to shield the 6008 OEM from the motor?
