Errors importing MAX .nce configuration

Robert,

On one of the machines that is currently error if you uninstall 488.2 does it still error out?  If not this is one valid fix to the problem.

Do any or all of the machines have a GPIB board installed?

None of the machines have any GPIB hardware.  I'm not sure uninstalling is worth getting rid of the one pop-up, as it doesn't seem to affect anything.

Thanks for your help,

Robert

How would one uninstall the 488.2 driver?  I am having similar problems with GPIB errors while exporting/importing tasks for an executable on a second PC.

Hello,

Open Windows Add or Remove Programs and find National Instruments Software.  Select Change/Remove then find NI-488.2 in the list and uninstall it.

Thanks, removing that driver did stop the task import errors.
