Help, PXI-CardBus-8310 Driver 1.0 conflicts with DAQCard-6062E!

After I installed PXI-CardBus-8310 Driver 1.0 in my laptop computer, DAQCard doesn't work neither in DAQmx nor in Traditional DAQ.
My laptop computer is Dell Latitude X300, its OS is Windows XP Service Pack 1, and its PCMCIA card which is displayed in device manager is Ricoh R/RL/5C476(II) or Compatible CardBus Controller. I had tried NI DAQ 7.4, NI DAQ 8.0 and NI DAQ 8.1, they all failed.
 
The details of the problem:
After installing PXI-CardBus-8310 Driver 1.0,  I reset the laptop computer, insert DAQCard-6062E, and open MAX. In MAX, I right-click the DAQCard under "My System>> Devices and Interfaces>> Traditional NI DAQ Devices", and select "Test..." menu, an error dialog pops up to prompt that the device is not responding to the first IRQ level, as showed in MAX_TestError.jpg in attachments. Then I right-click DAQCard-6062E under "My System>> Devices and Interfaces>> DAQmx Devices", and select "Test Panels...", an error dialog pops up to prompt that the device self test has failed, as showed in MAX_DAQmxTestError.jpg in attachments. The details of the DAQmx test error is showed in MAX_DAQmxErrorDetail.jpg in attachments.
 
When I run Acq&Graph Voltage-Int Clk.vi in LabVIEW examples to test the device, an error -200284 appears. The explanation about error -200284 in LabVIEW is following:
Possible reason(s):
Some or all of the samples requested have not yet been acquired.
To wait for the samples to become available use a longer read timeout or read later in your program. To make the samples available sooner, increase the sample rate. If your task uses a start trigger,  make sure that your start trigger is configured correctly. It is also possible that you configured the task for external timing, and no clock was supplied. If this is the case, supply an external clock.
 
But after I uninstalled PXI-CardBus 8310 Driver 1.0, all goes well.
