High impedence probe

I have a PCI-6110 card with a BNC-2110 connector block. I need to find a passive probe for attenuating the input voltage. What can I use? I tried Tektronik 6138A (10X) but the impedance is mismatched. Do you know of any probe that will work for sure and/or the mismatch will be within the calibration range of the probe itself?

Hi Frederico,

National Instruments does sell a small variety of probes.  Here is a link to the data sheet for our offerings for High Speed Digitizer probes.  The SP200B has a switchable attenuation of 1X and 10X.  It connects via BNC and we offer 50ohm BNC cables for probe compensation as well.
