How do I set simulated values on simulated hardware?

I simulate hardware using the software NI MAX.
I like to access the simulated hardware by using the ANSI C interface.
But I want to get defined values.

How it is possible to adjust simulated values?

You can't. The only value in simulation is the sine wave as explained in the help.
