How do I set the anti-aliasing filter of my NI 6070E ?

If you are referring to the anti-alias filter which sits just behind the board's analog input amplifier, then this cannot be set. This hardware is built onto the board and cannot be configured and/or turned on/off by the user.

As far as I know, the 6070 does not have any anti-aliasing filter. If there was, the information would be in the specs or user manual.
