How to Excite LVDT sensor and mearsure its output with DAQ card

Hello everyone,We have a project which to caculate the LVDT sensor,so the exiciting source frequence is no fixed blow 2000Hz,the Vp-p is 10V.I am wonder if DAQcard can meet these requirements since it can not be done by IC like AD698 as usually because the frequence and amplitude need to change. My questions are:
1,The biggest problem is the drive current,drive current from the DAQ card is less than 5mA, is that psooible to limit the output current of DAQ card by increase the risistance of the LVDT secondary windings? Or can i use two or more AO channels parallelly to increase the output current?
2,the pahase of LVDT output is not synchronise with the input source,how to deal with it in software,I attempt to acquire the output waveform of LVDT by AI channel and caculate final result in software.

I finally use PCI 6221 to generate the sine wave signal,and use a NI SCC-AO10 to increase the driven current to 30mA,the output of LVDT sensor is read by AI channel of PCI6221.It works! Thanks for all attentions!
