How to confirm that NIDAQ drivers have been correctly installed

Hello, Trying to confirm that the drivers for my new PCI card are working, I'm having a problem with non-NI software that needs to inferface with the driver, how can I independently confirm the driver (and, if possible, DAQ card) is working?  Thank you

When you installed DAQmx, another program that got installed was Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). Open that and under Devices and Interfaces, your DAQ device should be listed. You can select it and in the middle window, there is a toolbar with Self-Test and Test Panel options. Your documentation should include a Getting Started Guide with all of this information.
