How to open the .llb file?

I have tried to open the .llb file in the following page

NI Developer Zone > Development Library > Analysis and Signal Processing > Signal Processing > Advanced
But I cannot open the Accel to Vel& Disp.llb.
I used LabVIEW player.Which SOFTWARE do I need to use?

Hello;

Some VIs are not compatible with Labview Player, meaning you need to have a copy of Labview to access those. That is probably the case with the VIs you are trying to access.
