How to remove floating voltage in my usb-6216 from SDI2210 accelermoter

Hi

We have put bias resistors between AI+ / AI GND and AI- / AI GND.  However, it doesn't work.

We put 100K Ohms and the voltage is pulled down and biased 0.4V (1V --> 0.6V)

And if the we put smaller 10K Ohms then the voltage becomes 0v....

BTW, we also have laser displacement sensors which is singled-ended but we also connect it in a differential way.

Just as a sanity check, is there a different in reading using a DMM vs DAQ when the ACC output is connected to DAQ/with resistors/ without resistors.

I am wondering if it is really a signal grounding issue with the DAQ or does the ACC output weird voltages.

We have tried DMM and the answer is the same but we have new findings:

We tried to use single-ended connections for the same accelerometers with two different NI DAQs.

And we found the AON is normal in both DAQs, and the AOP is different.

Since the accelerometer wirings are the same, the AON is normal and the same in both DAQs, we have no ideas why the AOP is different in the same accelerometer and wiring using two different DAQs.

The best guess is something wrong with the accelerometer, but why is it only wrong in one DAQ?

It is a mystery to us....
