How to setup RTD(PT100) with SCXI1121

Hello,
I'm new with DAQ. I have SCXI-1000, SCXI-1121(amplifier) and terminal block (SCXI-1328). I want to connect with PT100 (4-wire). My question is ;
1) I can use the default setting on SCXI-1121 or have to set sth special (now at voltage 3.333V Excitation level).
2) for the 4-wire connection I can connect the wire directly to the Screw Terminals ? or I have to connect some resister ( to make temp compensation, RL or balance bridge with RL).

Thank your very much for anybody's help.

Thanks a lot Sarah,

I have 1 question about Tutorial number 3 (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/conceptd.nsf/webmain/E3DFB7CDBB528128862568650069A29E?opendocument)

It said that the recommended Terminal block is 1320 but I use 1328. It will have some problem ? or have some effect about the accuracy ?

Thank for ur resources. It is helpfull for me.

Both the 1320 and 1328 are compatible with the 1121. The only difference is that the 1328 provides better accuracy for thermocouple applications - not RTDs. Both will be very accurate.
