How to synchronize analog input and output using digital trigger

I am using NI-DAQ 6036E board , SCB-68 , and Labview 6.1.

I am using the daq example code,”anlog_io.llb->Simul AIAO BufTrig (E-series).Vi”, to synchronize analog input and output signal and I want to configure the PFI0/TRIG1 to be the trigger input .

How to connect PFI0/TRIG1 to synchronize the analog input and output signal.

The default on that example is set to PFI0, so you should be able to run it as is. The actually connect the trigger, wire an external TTL rising edge pulse to pin 11 on your SCB-68.
