How to use multiple Generate Signals on one DAQ Assistant

Solved!
Go to solution

I'm trying to generate multiple AO on my DAQ board but I kept getting an error. I looked up the error and it said that I needed to use just one DAQ Assistant. So, I created one but I can't figure out how to connect the signals to it. I keep getting lines that don't connect. Attached is a picture of the setup. Thanks!!!

If you are going to use the evil dynamic data type, you have to use the appropriate function. Do not use the build array. Use the Merge Signal function. Then you wire the output of that directly to the assistant.

You sir, are amazing. That did the trick. And for anyone else reading this with the same problem, make sure that all of the input signals have the same "Samples per second (Hz)" setting or it won't work.
