I need a DAQ analog output that uses two channels with a 1kHz frequency

Just about any E-series DAQ board should be able to perform this output. They have two analog outputs apiece, capable of 1 Ms/s output. This should satisfy your condiditions.

We have multifunction data acquisition devices that include analog inputs, analog outputs, digital I/O, and counter I/O as well as data acquisition devices that only perform analog output. I've included links to a mulifunction DAQ device that would give you two analog ouputs and all of the additional functionality that I discussed earlier as well as a device that only performs high-speed analog output and digital I/O.
