ISA AT-MI0-16E-1O fails MAX test under XP?

I have installed NI-DAQ 6.9.2 and my ISA AT-MIO-16E-10 appears on the device tree, but when I choose "Test Panel" it says the device "didn't pass the test". What does this mean?

Check to see how the device is configured in Windows device manager to make sure that all DMA channels are assigned correctly.

Please reference the KB for information on getting the 16E-10 to work under XP.
