I have a VI that works ok on 1 computer, but errors out on another. I'm using a PCI-6025E card in both machines.

If you are using Traditional NI-DAQ or version 6.9.x you will use the "Allow Regeneration" input terminal of AO Write.vi. If you are using DAQmx then you will have to use the DAQmx Write Property Node.
