Increase sample rate of NI 9217 with cDAQ-9178

I want to increase sample rate of a NI 9217 with cDAQ-9178 to 1ms. How can I do this? I accomplished to lower the time to 0,5s with high speed mode, but it's still no where close to where I need it to be...

I am on a 64bit computer with Windows 7 Enterprise.

If you are using all channels, you will not go faster than 100Hz. That's the specification of the module.
