Unfortunately, there is no way to simply increase the number of channels on a DAQ board. The particular model you mentioned has 16 Single ended input channels. We sell two other boards in PXI form factor that have 64 single ended channels: 6071E and 6031E should you wish to upgrade. Alternatively, you can purchase another 16 channel board and use both boards at the same time. Hope this helps.
