Hello.
The analog input sample rate for the 6251 is 1.25 MS/s for a signal channel or 1.00 MS/s for multiple channels. The 1.00 MS/s is aggregate ... this means that the 1.00 MS/s will be divided over the number of analog input (AI) channels you decide to use. For example, if you are using 4 AI channels, the maximum sample rate will be 1.00 MS/s / 4 = 250,000 kS/s.

Hello,
There is currently no NI USB device that will allow for a sample clock rate of 1 MS/s for more than one channel. There are S (Simultaneous Sample) Series card that are 3 MS/s/chan, however these are not available in a USB form factor. The S series cards have an analog to digital converter (ADC) for each channel.

Hello,
Yes, I was not considering the NI-Scope devices and limited the search to DAQ cards. The USB 5132/5133 will get you the desired sample rate of 1 MS/s for two channels. I have linked the product page of the 5132 and its Specification documentation.
