Can someone help me by telling me where I can download a driver for a Measurement Computing Corporation (MCC) PCI-DAS08 DAQ board that will be recognized by LabVIEW. Thanks.

Try http://www.measurementcomputing.com
They have 3 files in their download section that you will need:
the Universal library, the Universal library for Labview, and Instacal. Read the instructions carefully, as it is not nearly as simple as using NI hardware.
