Is it possible to use Labview and Matlab with only one NI DAQ card ?

Hello, I want to acquire/send data using a NI PCIe-6251 card with Labview (executable) and Matlab in the same time.

The reason why I need to do that is not really important, I just want to know if it is possible.

You can acquire with one and write with the other but you cannot perform the same task with two different programs.
