'Lookout Citadel Server' blocks database access over TCP/IP

Hello,

We are using the actual NI-DAQmx-driver for DAQ-hardware.

After installation, our hosted database 'FileMaker' (an older version) does not work again: the initialization over TCP/IP fails.

If we disable the 'Lookout Citadel Server'-service, all works correct, again.

*Is this an known problem?

*What's the function of the 'Lookout Citadel Server'?

Unfortunately, this is a little less information for me to find a relation between DAQmx and your problem.

Can you send a little more information or even screenshots?

We are using  Claris FileMaker Pro 3.0 .

We hope, that with the newest  FileMaker 12  the problem will be solved.

If there would be a problem too with FileMaker 12, I will contact you again.

Since I do not now anything about Claris FileMaker I don't know why there should be any problem.
