Manage Digital Output level with two Digital input

Hi Everybody,

First, I use a NI-6251 PCI board.

My question is the following : How can I do to manage the level of a digital output with two digital inputs?

On the rising edge of the first digital input, the digital output level switches from 1 to 0, and on the rising edge of the second digital input, the digital output level switches from 0 to 1.

Does somebody have an idea?

Do you have a more complete state chart?  I'm not sure I fully understand the situation.
