MAX 3.1.1 offers the Calibration tab on both DAQmx Global Channels and DAQmx Tasks. It can be found in the top right side of the window when you click on your channel or task name. Is it not showing up in your version? If it is not showing up, you might consider uninstalling MAX and NI-DAQ from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and reinstalling NI-DAQmx 7.5.
