NI 4350 is not returning the proper resistance values for range 600Kohm

NI 4350 is not returning the proper resistance values when uses the range 600Kohm. It does works ok if I use resistance range of 25 kohm. I'm using IEX0 channel for current biasing.

What revision of the 4350 do you have? The assembly number (ex 18437A-01) will tell us. Please let us know so that we may track which boards are exhibiting this behavior.
