NI-6509 shortcut

Hi all,

I use a NI-6509 (96 I / O) and SCB-100 case.

By manipulating I made by error a c/c between an I/O output configured to +5V and I/O input configured to ground.
Since then, nothing.
Using Measurement & Automation tool, I tested the ports: Autotest = OK, nothing on the outputs (I put leds).
I thought the card was protected against shortcuts.
Someone there an answer?
